The pore rate is extremely high (above 97%).We adopt the method in the electrification research to produce the porous metal. And they have the good attraction performance and can reduce the vibratory movement, and the workability is good. According to the customer's requirement, they can be made into the columnar or the non-sign and other different shapes. At present, our company have produced many kinds of metal foam product to put into the market, and the superficial coating can be copper, nickel, zinc, tin, aluminum, allumen, brass, iron chromium aluminum, stainless steel and nichrome.

Zinc foam (Zn-Porous Metal):
Zinc foam (Zn-Porous Metal) is adopted in the method of the electrification craft to produce. The pore rate is extremely high (above 97%). Having good activity in electrochemistry ，it has a maximization of surface area per unit volume (2-10), and be applied to be the pole plank of the zinc air battery.
