Description
The PET bottle recycling line is used to get very clean PET flakes with high quality for making fiber, yarn, bottle etc.
The whole line has been worked out based upon our rich experience for a few years in this area and technology abroad. It can very effectively remove caps, labels, papers, especially the Label Stripping Machine.
Loosing the pressed PET bottle bale------washing away label, cap, mud sands & metal------sorting PVC & colored bottles------wet crushing------chemical hot water washing away oil & glue------high speed grinding washing------chemical neutralization------cleaning water washing------spin dry------heating drying
capacity output :800kg, 1500kg, 2500kg, 4000kg etc.
