Description
1. Special assistant DC reactance circuit is adopted that short circuit frequency of the small current zone is increased. Then, the voltaic arc is soft and stable. In addition, the short circuit frequency of the large current zone is decreased that spattering is less and the welding performance is excellent.
2. Thick film circuit is adopted for time programmed control and various arc treatments function controlling circuits. Not only there are little elements on the controlling wire panel, but also the reliability is high and the performance is complete.
3. The application of high speed and high precision output controlling technology assures that the output is stable even the power voltage fluctuates and environment changes; therefore, centralized adjustment can be easily realized.
4. The controlling performance and adaptability of load is good. Advanced feed forward technology is also adopted to improve the welding process property, decrease the spattering and enhance the weld shaping.
5. Complete over current and overheat protective circuits are mounted to certify the welder performance.
6. The performances of the welder can be easily changed by adopting the center tapped DC reactor.
7. There are various external controlling signals in the welding power. They are fit for various automatic welding and machine welding.
8. KR-350 are fit for the welding of the thin and medium boards thicker than 0.9 millimeter, while KR-500 are fit for the welding of steel boards thicker than 1. 2millimeters.
