Description
1. INTRODUCTION
RLB-F has a function of prepayment. One household is assembled with one thermal meter and one contact less IC card, to use thermal power only by IC card. After the data in the IC card is transmitted to the thermal meter, the meter will open its valve and begin heat supply, after the money is used up, it will automatically cut off heat supply and you must buy heat power again to resume heat use. The meter is designed and developed on the basis of the European Standard EN1434 and 01ML-R75 International Standard, and has high performance and low energy consumption, and in line with the product standard CJ128-2000 Thermal Meter issued by State Construction Department of China.

2. FUNCTIONS
* The flow measurement adopts the latest patent technology of wireless digital monitoring.
* The flow measurement adopts no mechanic gears, non-magnetic sensor, wear-proof, anti-corrosive and anti-attack.
* Contact less IC card technology
* Universary Card technology, customers can use one card to control all the meters in household (water meter, watt-hour meter, gas meter and thermal meter)
* Low voltage and alarms when being attacked.
* Alarms when the temperature sensor is disconnected or has a short cut.
* Alarms when purchased thermal power is on limiting level
* Flow and temperature has 10 levels and are separately adjusted, with high precision.
* Float ball valve and blockage resistant technology, intelligent valve rust remove technology and two lines automatically testing technology.
* Intelligent reduction of consumption according to the rate of flow.
* Automatically data correct technology
* The program can be upgraded online.
* Multi data backup and automatic-correction technology.
* Ultra-low energy consumption.
