Description
-Adopt the advanced numerical control project and highly mechanical manufacturing technology.
-Max. horizontal movement and material-rolling bar adopt -Panasonic servo driving equipment. (Panasonic and others can be choose)
-The principal shaft adopts the transducer control device.
-We prepare a lots of patterns to choose.
-Simple and fast to edit the patterns.
-360° pattern to sewing arbitrarily.
-Limitless and independent interval pattern sewing function.
-Auto stop function when the left and right limited switch exceed sewing.
-There are Continuous sewing and single step sewing control ways. No stopping between two changes.
-Computer can be auto adjust the speed, the speed of needle can reach 550 n/M, 2-6 mm of needle stitch can be set by yourself.
-Pattern compensate function is effective to solve the distortion problem when sewing the thicker material .
-Simulate showing when sewing pattern.
-Auto needle raising and orientation stop system.
-The function of automatic stop on breaking of thread.( can be choose)
-The safety system is controlled by infrared.
-Test the speed function at real time .
-The tracking drawing function when pattern cut in.
