Description
-Simultaneous welding of two corners for PVC and aluminum weldings based profiles.

-Digital adjustment of heating and waiting times.

-Operates full automatically with a PLC control system.

-Enables adjustment of welding and profile pressure according to type of profile.

-Welding is adjustable between 0.2 mm –1.5 mm.

-Possibility of welding at 30-180 degrees on moving head.

-Welding quality has been tested and confirmed by the profile producers.

-Capable of welding on heads separately.
