Description
We have made and exported welded-tooth cutters for nearly 20 years. The cutters could be equipped on the rock drills bits to tackle soft and medium hard formations. The tips are made of the special materials, tungsten, steel and others. The tips are welded on the cutter body by manually piece by piece. The welded-tooth cutter could serve three or four times more than the traditional cast-tooth cutters. The welded-tooth could cut medium hard rock up to 70MPa.

We have also made and exported 12-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch carbide button cutters, disk cutters and cantilever cutters that are used to tackle the formations over 70MPa~200MPa or more.
