Description
we have an offer from Saudi ARAMCO for 40 billion barrels of Saudi light crude oil per month for 12 months at $6 below cost- $3 net to buyer per barrel

we have 4 allocations

any interested party must show either:
a) governemtn license to import SLCO
b) government permits to trade/buy SLCO

if you are able to provide these and willing to sign an NCNDA and proof of permit, contact me directly as I am an American currently in Dammam, KSA
consulting with the Royal Saudi Navy

please DO NOT REPSOND UNLESS YOU HAVE BOTH THE PROOF OF PERMIT AND ARE READY FOR NCNDA AND LOI
