It is invested by American Xtal Technology (AXT), and partial technique is devoted by Nanjing Germanium Factory.
　　JM Gallium is a professional company engaging in the production of super-pure Gallium, Gallium compound(Gallium Oxide, Gallium nitrate and so on ), high-pure Indium phosphide and high-pure anhydrous Boron Oxide Encapsulant. The company adopts advanced management, production and quality control system. The company acquired the certification of ISO9001:2002 international quality system in September, 2003. Perfect management, high making administrative, high making technical procession personnel, top-ranking production technics, first-class technology equipments, topping detecting instrument and topping environment ensure our productions' quality stands the front in the world. The annual capacity of production of JM Gallium is as follows:
Hyperpure Gallium (7N, 8N) : 15 tons
High-pure Indium Phosphide (carrier concentration is 1015/cm3): 4 tons
High-pure anhydrous Boron Oxide Encapsulant (5N, H2O≤200ppm): 1.5 tons
　　Besides this, the company possesses of the unique technics and environmental protection technology. The waste GaAs pieces from the companies which manufacture GaAs can be reclaimed to eliminate pollution and reclaim resources. The annual reclaim output of 4N Gallium is 12 tons.
