2. Housing/Ultrasonic Cover: ABS+10%G.F UL94V-0
3. Terminal: Phosphor Bronze C5191-H
4. Ultrasonic Cover: ABS+10%G.F
Electric Feature
1. Continuity: Cables must be 100% checking for continuity.
2. Resistance: from 40 m ohm to 155 m ohm (Max)
Mechanic Feature
1. Pull strength must be 3.5KG Min. at either end;
2. Cable must withstand Min. 3.5KG pr conductor or 16KG per cable without any performance degradation;
3. Cable flexion: After 100 bends in any direction at 15” and 25” radius, no any performance degradation is allowed;
4. Blade height after zeroing 0.127+0.101/-0.05 on individual heights and 0.127 Max. difference between two blade heights;
5. Blade height after zeroing 0.127+0.101 on individual heights;
6. Specifications for wire cable shall be used on all transducer cables.
Operating Temperature: 15℃-40℃, but all cable assembly must be withstand +100℃ for 4 hours.
