Description
'BBS' PIR sandwich panels are composed of embossed aluminum foil (or smooth aluminum foil, or colour tin of 0.25mm thick) with self-extinguish PIR (polysocianurate) foam inside. The thickness of the aluminum foil is 0.08mm. The standard size of our product is 4000*1200*20.5mm.
The density of PIR foam of our sandwich HVAC duct panels is 50-55kg per cubic meter. According to the results of samples test, the heat conductivity of our PIR sandwich panels is 0.020W/ (m.K), the compressive strength is 228kPa, the water absorption is 2.2%, the stablity of size is 0.3%.
BBS HVAC duct that made of the PIR sandwich panels have been mostly used in the office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, gymnaruims, storage houses and various industrial buildings, the BBS HVAC duct can meet the needs of every users.
