Description
QL-PG Series Rice Polisher is the equipment with latest technology by Jinan QUNLONG Machinery Co., Ltd. With this polisher, rice could be well polished and without washing while eating.

Model and Parameters:
QL-PG-16.5: 2.0-2.6t/hr, 37kw (Quadrupole)
QL-PG-18.5: 2.6-3.5t/hr, 45kw (Quadrupole)
QL-PG-31.5: 3.5-4.0t/hr, 55kw (Quadrupole)

It is safe, easy install and maintenance, and low noise. Also it has the following advantages:

1. Water sprayed in high pressure pump: It is combined with air pump to produce enough pressure among the grains in a controlled humidity environment, making it possible to remove part of the bran without causing damages to the grain. As a result, this process gives an excellent surface finish with vitreous aspect, free of powder and scratches.

2. Stainless steel: Main parts of the machine are all stainless steel. It is strong enough and has long-time service life.

3. Temperature and water amount adjustable: QL-PG Series Rice Polisher is equipped with Auto Water-Spraying Device, which makes the water in the polishing room with proper amount and well sprayed.

4. Drinking water: Only drinking water is used, without any additive. No any water added after polished.

5. High technology: The technics is reasonable, the structure is compact, and the operation and maintenance is easily.

6. Gelatinous layer: There's gelatinous layer in the surface of the rice. The gelatinous layer is transparent and could lengthen the guarantee period.

7. Low broken rate: Less broken rice brings more profits.
