Description
The Company started its manufacturing operations in 1984 under the name and style of Diamond Springs Pvt. Ltd. The company starts producing Compression Springs, Tension Springs, Torsion Springs, Double Torsion Springs, Wire forms etc. with wire diameter ranging from 0.2mm to14mm.

The Company diversified in 1990 and started manufacturing of Automotive Shock Absorbers for Two, Three and Four Wheelers, Seat Dampers for Tractors and Stepper for Health Equipments. The productivity economics are comparable to any internationla manufacurers in both areas.

We are supplying to many leading manufactures of Automotive Industry, Auto Ancillary Units, Office Equipments, Electrical Equipments, Mechanical Equipments, Audio Visual Equipments, General Industries, Defence and Railway suppliers etc and are also exporting to different countries.

The Company has successfully developed and is supplying Shock Absorbers for various Models of Mercedes, Scandian, Honda, Yamaha Export Markets.

We produce our products with both Imported and Reputed Indian make Machines and have Independent Standard Room, with imported as well as Reputed Indian make testing machines and instruments which are used to get accurate results. we also have an independent Tool Room facility to design and develop Tools, Jigs, Fixtures, and technical expertise for fabrication of machinery. We have an Independent R&D and Drawing Room for preparation and up-gradation of spring drawing. The Production and quality is handled by well qualified and experienced technical staff.

Our quality system is approved to ISO/TS-16949:2002 in the year 2006 by M/s Underwriter Laboratories Inc. USA and enjoys preferred supplier status with many customers.

The Company has set an initial target of 500 PPM and finally aims for Zero PPM and has its Unique Quality Policy. The company works on the principle of Q.C.D.(Quality Competitive Cost and Timely Delivery) and with motto of complete Cusotmer Satisfaction.
