Description
We supply top quality and competitive price of double edging machine, and some technical description are shown below for reference:

1. Power supply: 3-Phase, Voltage: 380V/220V, Frequency: 50/60Hz, as required
Total installed power: 44kW

2. Grinding spindles: Each side 10 Spindles+1 Corner cut

3. Glass processing range: Glass Thickness: 4mm-25mm
Min glass width: 300mm
Max glass width: 3600mm
Max flat edge grinding amount: 5mm

4. Processed profile: Two parallel flat edge and arrises with corner cut

5. Glass feeding speed: 0.5m/min-5m/mm (By using Inverter)

6. Glass thickness adjustment: Manual and Automatic mode

7. Glass width adjustment: Manual and Automatic mode

8. Grinding precision: Width precision<0.5mm
Diagonal precision<?0.5mm

9. Man-machine monitor: PLC controls the machine and display width, thickness, feeding speed and grinding quantity.

10. Wheel and grinding motor configuration:
All flat edge wheels are cup shape with Inner diameter 50mm and Outer diameter 150mm. Position 1 flat edge grinding motor is 3 kW, the other flat edge grinding motors are 2.2 kW (ABB Motor).
All arris wheels are cup shape with Inner diameter 50mm and Outer diameter 130mm and arris grinding motors are 1.75 kW (ABB Motor).
Corner cut is peripheral wheel with Inner diameter 18mm and Outer diameter 50mm and grinding motor is 0.17 kW.
