• PCFSC Pipe Nipples are manufacture by Specialized Rolling Process which make the zinc coating intact on the Pipe Nipples which protect the Pipe Nipples from getting rusted. Where as in cut threaded pipe nipples the zinc coating of the Pipe nipple get remove due to cutting process which make the ability to fight against rust very weak and it get rust which cause leakage.

• The Roughness on Profile of Rolled threaded Pipe Nipples is 5-7 times more than cut threaded Pipe Nipples as the thread is made by rolled which Roughness less than 0.4 where as in cut thread as the thread is made by knife so the roughness is more than 3.2 which make the connection between male and female fitting weak.
• PCFSC manufacture Perfect threads on the Pipe Nipples because of Rollers Tools where as in cut thread the thread is made by knife which make the thread vary each time in profiling.

• Rust Resistance is greatly improve in Rolled threading Pipe Nipples where as in cut thread there is no rust resistance.

• The pipe becomes harder by Rolling Thread Technology instead of thinner by cutting. Because of Rolling the Pipe can bear bending upto 70°

• The working pressure in Cut thread pipe after cutting thread significantly decreases the max. working pressure by 32% - 57% on different size and wall thickness of the welded pipe. The pipe after rolling thread will not reduces the max. working pressure.
