Description
The peach gum has highly medical use and edible value.According to traditional medical science of China,it can be used to treating diseases, such as gonorrhea, bloody gonorrhea, dysentery,diabetes,etc. Meanwhile,it can be used as ultrasonic pharmaceutical and superconductive pharmaceutical. Refined peach gum powder can substitute Arabic gum as pharmacy, xxxxx sugar-coat for tablets, agglutinant for plaster or pills,which utilizes its characteristics of emulsification, stability and film-foming. Also, it can be used in the following aspects: protection of printing plates(often for PS)---film-forming; core of color penciles; ceramics applique (printing patterns onto ceramics)---stickiness; art paints(useed as the pigment key ingredients)---stickiness; cosmentics (used to raise the stickiness, lubrication and film-forming of varieties of comestics such as facial cream); soft drinks( for carbonic acid drinks, used in emulsifications and stability of essence and pigment; For coke, used as the stabilezer and thickner, among which the peach gum accounts for 0.1-0.5%); Stabilizing beer rubble(add 8.8-13kg peach gum to every 16 cubic meters beer); Candy(used for the anti-crystallizing, preventing the cane sugar crystal from appearing and effectively emulsifying the butter fat in cream candy, preventing the butter from over flowing as well, at the same time it can be used to glaze candy, chewing gum, cough syrup and chocolate; papermaking(used for the emulsion coated material of producing paper without carbon); essence and spices(used to emulsify flavor, prevent from oxidizing and lengthen the flavor quality), other uses,it can be used in the watermark to disperse the pigment and control viscidity, in the ink to suspend to the particle,in the firework production to prevent the gunpower from being made moist, in the metal mask works to prevent getting rusty, in the milk paint to disperse the pigment and improve the grain size, in the sizing and dyeing of the fabrics,too.
