Description
Ruian Kedi Packing Machinery Co., Ltd is the excellent manufacturer of automatic bag-given packing machine. It is specializes in food packing machine, chemicals packing machine, pharmaceuticals packing machine, seeds packing machine and other industrial packing machine.
Function and Characteristics:
1. Clip the bag, print codes, open bags1, open bags2, filling, heat -sealling1, heat-sealing2, forming and output packages.
2. Totally automatically controlled by computer. Adopting imported PLC and actuator, operate reliable and safe, maintain easily, without pollution.
3. The machine that adopts frequency governor to regulate the speed.
4. As the having printed & heat sealed package bag that the bag have a complete pattern, a good quality sealing and very low bag broken rate.
5. The shaping step is especially designed to keep the sealing from breaking, so the sealing is flat and smooth.
6. The machine adopts advanced plastic spraying technology, while the parts that contact the materials choose stainless steel. So with a good standard hygiene, anticorrosive and long service time.
7. According to the packing materials' demands, can choose automatic metering mechanism, automatic screw filling machine, intelligent function scale and other products suitable for automatically metering, which combined into an automatic assembly line (Also can pack through hand giving material).

Scope Of Application:
1. Solid Species: Candy, peanut, green bean, pistachio, crystal candy, brown sugar, cookie, cake, daily commodities, cooked food, pickles, puffed food etc.
2. Granule Species: Grain, refined monosodium glutamate, granular drug, capsule, seed, chemistry condiment, granulated sugar, chicken essence, melon seeds, nutlet, pesticide, fertilizer, feed etc.
3. Liquid Species: Detergent, millet wine, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice, drink etc.
4. Thick liquid Species: Tomato sauce, peanut butter, jam, chilli sauce, bean sauce etc.
5. Glutamate: Milk powder, grape sugar, washing powder, chemistry condiment, refined sugar, pesticide, fertilizer etc.
6. Materials that can pack in bag.
