Description

Artemia Salina cysts decapsulated.

The decapsulated cyst of Artemia Salina are mean for feeding all kind of decorative tropical fish, and also as starter food for the larva, young fishes and shrimps.

The Artemia cysts are covered with a grey color external multi coating that can not be lyses by the digestive ferments of young fish and shrimps, and an internal transparent coating that is digested in their intestines. Under the decapsulated there is damaged only the external coating, and the internal transparent coating remains integral, thought it there is seen the orange color embryo. After the decapsulation the cyst are dried up to 5-8% humidity.

The decapsulated cysts of Artemia Salina are a ready to use integral and natural feed. The cysts contain the optimal balance of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, mineral salts, amino acids, vitamins. In the practical fish growing and aquaculture, the Artemia cysts are considered the Feed No.1. The using of the dried decapsulated cysts as feed has the following advantages:
There is no need of incubation, thus there is no need having incubation apparatus and the environment, special premises, heating systems and pressed air input; there is eliminated or reduce to the minimum the electric energy consume, there is no need to separated the larva from the coating and undeveloped cysts; there is eliminated another unstable items-the germination capacity;

Practically all decapsulated cysts are used as feed. During the decapsulated prosess there take place the full lyses of the micro flora and there is eliminated the risk of introducing illnesses to the fish and shrimps together with the feed. The regular using of this feed creates a firm feed reflex, contributes to the steady fish growing. The high level carathinoids in cysts stimulates the condensation and brightness of fish color. The feeding with decapsulated cysts is to be performed with small portions. The feeding frequency depends on the sort and age of the fish. The rests of feed are to be recovered in due time.

The decapsulated Artemia cysts are kept in the manufacture�s packaging in dry, clean, well aerated premises, under the temperature of not more than 0-5 degree Centigrade. Under such conditions the shelf life of product in 3 years.
