Main Technical Characteristic:

1. All procedure setting for production change is completely automatic and controlled by PLC. Data in-out device can assure to realize ideal man-machine conversation. The control system includes the advanced logical safety lock and trouble-diagnosis device that will point the trouble location promptly.

2. With 4-pole leading mode and super long guide bearing, it can guarantee the accurate motion of indenter and mould. The frame is made of high-quality steel, and welded firmly, thus ensures the stability of the machine.

3. Using the separate hydraulic unit, which avoid the vibration in the hydraulic system caused by the mainframe, ensuring the reliability of the hydraulic system?

4. The unique distribution system combines traveling material bin and enclosed belt conveyor, the system’s continuous movement is controlled by photoelectric switch. Thus makes it east to change the raw material mixing ratio and ensures promptitude and accuracy.

5. We only use the genuine imported hydraulic and pneumatic components, electric appliances to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the machine

6. The blocks are featured as high strength, high density, good impermeability, soundproof, heat insulation, fine insulation performance and beautiful appearance.

7. A machine is multi-purposes, by changing its mould ,it can produce different specifications of cement products, such as hollow bricks, porous bricks, standard bricks, insulated bricks ,sprig-grass bricks and pavement bricks.
