Description

The high speed fully automatic assembling line of plastic (glass) bottle packaging including tablets (capsules ,pills) is made up of Bottle Arranging Machine (Turn Table) ,Tablet Counting Machine , Desiccant (Paper )Filler , Capping Machine , Sealing Machine ,Laberer . this assembling line＇s performance is stable, could be run easily and be repaired conveniently. it is ISO9001 certified, and it meets the requirements of GMP completely.
In order to guarantee our product quality and stabilization ,the cost of materials we use are higher about RMB20000-40000 than other same companies in China , (we adopt complete 304 stainless steel construction with 20mm thickness and photoelectric system both adopts international famous brands' products such as "Panasonic" "SUNX" "OMRON" etc ).
The assembling line owns the features such as stepless timing, automatic balance protection, stable performance. The output can arrives 85-90bottle/ min. The whole line would need the operator about 3-4, and it has high efficiency of production, which can save manpower and material resources for pharmaceutical factory. The separate machine of the line has its own performance and driven controlling system, according to the customer's actual requirements, it can be used on the assembling line, and can also be used separately. The application of the line is extensive, With its easy operation and convenient maintenance, it is the best choice for medicine packaging passing the GMP authentication.
