THIS SERIES OF MACHINES ADOPTS OUTSIDE SIFTER FLOUW CLASSIFICATION AND INSIDE PLANSIEVE GETTING FLOUR. THEIR CODE NAME IS 6FTFS. THE 6FTFS MILLING MACHINERY IS THE UNITED MACHINE OF FLOUR EXTRACTOR AND PLANSIEVE,
WHICH ADOPTS FLOUR EXTRACTOR TO SEPARATE BRAN AND PLANSIEVE TO PICK UP FLOUR. IT AVOIDS THE
BRAN GOING INTO THE PLANSIEVE AND THE BRAN IS CLASSIFIED IN THE EXTRACTOR AND FALL INTO THE
MILL AGAIN. ONLY THE SEMOLINA AND FLOUR FALL INTO PLANSIEVE TO BE CLASSIFIED, FOR GETTING
GOOD SEMOLINA. IT SETS UP CLASSIFICATION SIEVE INSIDE PLANSIEVE, AFTER SEPARATING THE FLOUR, CLASSIFICATION SIEVE CAN DEVIDE AGAIN. UPPER STOCK GOES INTO S SYSTEM OR B SYSTEM AND BELOW
STOCK GOES INTO M SYSTEM. AS A RESULT OF FLOUR EXTRACTOR SEPARATING THE BRAN, THE PROBLEM OF
BRAN EASY TO BLOCK THE PLANSIEVE CHANNEL WAS RESOLVED. MEANWHILE, IT CAN INCREASE THE WHEAT
MOISTURE TO MAKE WHEAT MILLING EASILY AND TO GET BIG-SIZE BRAN. BECAUSE OF THE FORCE CLASSIFY
IN FLOUR EXTRACTOR, IT CAN NOT AVOID THAT LITTLE BRAN MAY GOES INTO PLANSIEVE. BUT IN THE
PLANSIEVE, BECAUSE OF NATURAL CLASSIFICATION, HEAVY AND SMALL-SIZE GRANULE COMES TO THE
BOTTOM, WHILE LIGHT AND LAIGE-SIZE MATERIAL GOES TO THE UPPER. THE FLOUR QUALITY IS THE
SAME AS THAT GETTING FROM THE PLANSIEVE MILLING MACHINERY. IN ADDITION, BECAUSE BRAN DOES NOT
GO INTO THE PLANSIEVE, IT SAVES THE SIFTING AREA, DECREASES THE QUANTITY OF PLANSIEVES AND
THEN REDUCES THE EQUIPMENT COST.
THE WORKSHOP REQUIREMENT OF 6FTFS SERIES MILLING MACHINERY IS NOT HIGH ( 7*4.5 m BELOW BRIM).
IT IS THE REPLANCER OF FLOUR EXTRACTOR SERIES.
