Description
Pre-spinning gilling machines include model FBL415, FBL426, FBL435, FBL445, FBL455, five gilling machines, in which fallers are chain driven. Or FB415, FB426, FB435, FB445, FB455, which is screw driven type.
FB473 roving frame is equipped after FB455 or FBL455 to forming the pre-spinning production line.

With delivery speed reaching up to 150 m/min and the front ratch being 28-63mm, FB series screw gill boxes are applicable to small batch and multi-variety wool fore-spinning process and are used for the pure spinning and spinning of low, medium and high-count imitation wool and fiber.

With delivery speed reaching up to 250 m/min and the front ratch being 39-63mm, FBL series chain gill boxes are especially applicable to large batch wool fore-spinning process and are used for the pure spinning and spinning of low, medium and high-count imitation wool and fiber.
