The TFS-200A automatic aluminum tube filler/sealer is designed and engineered to produce outstanding quality and precision tube filling and sealing of aluminum or metal tubes with output up to 60 tubes per minute.
The TFS-200A automatic aluminum tube filler/sealer is an ideal filling equipment for pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, foodstuff and other light industries.

Features:

Tube types: aluminum tubes or metal tubes.
The TFS-200A automatic plastic tube filler/sealer adopts advanced sensor parts from Germany Sicks or Japan Sunx brand.
CE certified.
The TFS-200A automatic aluminum tube filler/sealer uses color touch screen control technology.
PLC control system.
Automatic tube loading, tube washing, positioning, filling, sealing & hot air heating and tube ejecting.
Tube loading and tube washing are done pneumatically.
Ruggedly design, durable, easy to operate and simple maintenance.
Tube positioning is control by photoelectric sensor.
Equipped with temperature control and separate cooling system.
No tube, no fill.
Metal tube filler sealed in the form of twice-edge, triple edge or U-shaped folding
Safety production and overload protection features are included.
Stainless steel construction and all parts contacted with material are high quality 316L stainless steel to meet cGMP standard.
Double jacket temperature control hopper and stirrer are available as options.
