Quality:
Our products are made to maintain high quality standards with proper
dimensional stability, color fastness, shrinkage control and uniform dyeing.
Each product is subjected to strict quality control measures to ensure that
only the best in terms of quality and design reaches the market.
Specialty and INVENTIVE fabrics:
Leno weave fabrics with eyelets of multiple sizes in the same linear mtr with plain weave also in between, Moleskin fabrics are our major specialty fabrics and we can manufacture and supply the fabrics upto the fabric cover factor of 36.00
Production Lead time:
Our production lead time is 45 days from the date of receipt of 100% L.C at sight in our bank and after the production sample approval
For 6 months price confirmation we require 35% advance payment and the balance 65% against 100% L.C at sight.
Packing will be:
FOB prices for Coimbatore
Strength:
Our major strength is that we are having our own Spinning and weaving Mills and our price confirmation can be taken for minimum of 6 months with quantities in bulk.
Production samples will be given to you with in 20 days maximum for any new and latest inventive designs.
The production status will be informed to you weekly twice or as per your request.
Dispatch details along with the quality controller sheet and the production manager and weaving manager inspected sheets will be enclosed for each and every meter of the fabric.
The same lot of Yarns only will be used for the total order confirmed by the Buyer.
Home textiles made-up production Capacity:
Curtains of sizes 150x150 cm is 100,000pieces per month.
Shower Curtains 72"x70" is 50000 pcs per month.
Table clothes 130x130 cm is 110,000 pieces per month.
Napkin 45x45cm is 250,000 pieces per month.
