Description
Fire Door Technical Specification

1. 2050mm*960mm*55mm + 1.5mm thick steel frame & 1.0mm thick. 1.4m~1.8mm thick steel frame +1.0~1.6mm thick cold rolled steel door leaf.

2. With coating cold rolled steel door leaf + high grade anti-fire filling.

3. Plus fireproofing quality hinges, locks, handles, installing bolts, plug pin.

4. Inside filling: fireproof material board: 1200kg/m3; anti-fire fills (silica aluminum figurine) 128kg/m3

5. Container capacity: 90pcs/20Ft, 180pcs/40Ft, 230pcs/40HQ (differs upon your virtual choice)

6. Fire rated time ≥1.20h (72 minutes) keep in complete form by ≥950℃, the back side door leaf average temperature about 83.8℃ after≥1.20h (72 minutes) burning.

7. Certificate No.2003-3227 on base of GB12955-91 specified qualification to JOCON DOORS CO., LTD
