Description
PU Rods are with normal mould 300MM and 500MM, though we also expand its length to 1000MM. They are made by injection machine. They could be solid as well as hollow. The PU Rods are mainly used as Spring and Punch Mould functioning buffering. As elastic parts, they are mainly used punch machine and other similar machines. They could not only protect the equipments but also assure the quality of the goods. PU Rod also widely used in other industries. They could also be further machined and make to be required PU Parts and Fittings.
Dia: 8mm-300mm
Length: 300mm (Dia: 8mm-300mm) ,500mm (Dia: 18mm-300mm) and 1000mm(Dia: 30mm-300mm)
Hardness: 78A-85A or above 85A-93A
Color: Natural Color or Red, Black etc color as clients requirements.
Material: Polyester or Polyether
