Description

We are suppliers of HDPE Profiles Spiral Winding Pipe Production Lines, which is the best solution diameter plastic drainage, sewerage, and pressure pipes. The PSW Series machines are the latest development for the pipe in the field of sewage and drainage. High production output, simple operation and more application facilities for the products are the main characteristics of the PSW Series.

These advancements are the result of our experience combined with the feedback of our customers. The PSW Series machines are a combination of both, a universal machine covering the pipe diameter range from 300 mm (18") to 4000 mm (157") and a special machine, which is able to produce pipes only in specifications the customer requires. Both, single pipes and pipe series of a huge amount can be manufactured economically.
This aim was reached by shortening the changeover times and the processing times of the various pipes considerably. Furthermore, EAGLE has fully or partially automated some courses of manufacturing in order to prevent mistakes and delays caused by manual work:
- dismantling of the manufactured pipe
- cutting and milling of socket and spigot end
- packing
- quality control

The specialty of the PSW Series machines is, as above-mentioned, that only one machine is necessary to produce pipes in the diameter range of 300 mm (18") to 4000 mm (157"). Then the customer decides which diameters need to be produced according to the market requirements and he buys only the necessary tools for these diameters. A later upgrade of the machine, purchase of mandrels in other diameters, does not require any modifications to the machine. The main applications for the final pipe products are drain, storm drain and sewer piping systems.
