Basalt Fiber Fabric

Basalt fiber fireproof fabrics are made of basalt yarn , which are woven into plain or satin weave and coated with harmless substance. It is the ideal material for making fireproof suits and fireproof curtains. Because the basalt fiber's super advantages of non-combustibility, high temperature resistance, thermal insulation, high strength, and non thermal shrinkage, it is a strong competitor to Kevlar, Nomex and Teflon.
