Description

The chocolate enrobing line is used to coat chocolate or cream on various food such as biscuit, wafer biscuit, egg roll, cake pie and snacks etc. Cooling tunnel is available.
the move able chocolate tank is selectable for easy cleaning.
parts of fulling coating is also selectable.
the chocolate enrobing line can be adjust to coat up side or bottow side or all side of products.
There are following special device for optional also
1. magazine feeder to simplify the feeding of biscuits or wafer biscuit etc to the enrobing wiremesh.
2. Granular sprinkler to sprinkle sesame or peanut granulars on the enrobed products.
3. decorator: to decorate zigzags or strips of different color on the surface ot enrobed products.
