Description
. Plate

Use negative PS plate for direct offset printing. Use positive PS plate for UV-cure ink.

Use nylon resin plate for letterpress printing.

2. Roller: Use UV-cure ink compatible roller.

3. Rubber blanket: no specific requirement.

4. plate dampening liquid: Arabic gum containing plate dampening liquid is not preferred.

5. Cleaner: UV plate cleaner, UV HT-01 roller cleaner

6. Auxiliaries:

UV161 Mixing Oil, rate of use 0-15%, for viscosity and fluidity adjustment.

UVDG Mixing Oil, rate of use 0-5%， for viscosity and fluidity adjustment.

UV No.2 Viscosity Reducer, rate of use 0-20%，for viscosity reduction.

7. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at below 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight.

8. Adhesion of UV HZ Ink to substrates differs. We recommend user determine the suitability of the product by sample test.

9. Wear safety clothes and gloves. Wash immediately after use
