Description
Ø Applicable Working Temperature
Lubricating grease should be that for normal Normal temperature range: between–20℃～80℃
Seal of idlers should be made of nylon.
temperature idlers.
hi–temperature range: above 80℃
Seal of idlers should be made of zinc die–cast.
Lubricating grease should be that for hi–temperature idlers.
Low temperature range: between–40℃～20℃
Seal of idlers should be made of zinc die–cast.
Lubricating grease should be that for low temperature idlers.
(when working temperature is below–40℃, this special order should be placed to the manufacturer.)
Ø Applicable Belt Speed
In the range of 0.5 m/s～6.3m/s
Ø Four kinds of ML type idlers structure is listed as following:
1. plain idlers
2. impact idlers (with rubber ring)
3. comb idlers (with rubber ring and bush)
4. spiral idlers(with spiral wire)
Ø Structure Feature
Special seamed pipes, pressed bearing house and cold–drawn shaft are adopted for ML type idlers, thus lightening rollers, reducing resistance and driving power of whole machine. Special bearing and lubricating grease of idlers are designed to be chosen from. Double way seal which has good waterproof and dustproof performance and long service life, it passed the industrial test on site and is up to the requirements of West Germany Industry Standard Din 22112/2–80.
