Description
The PT124G-123Series melt pressure transducer is ideal for melt pressure applications requiring simple installation, repeatability and reliability. The PT124G Series provide diversiform signal optional, The PT124G come equipped with six or eight pin bendix connector. It can be interchangeable with the similar international products. The series are suitable to measure and control the melt pressure of chemical fibre equipment, rubber and plastic machine and so on.
Ranges: 0~50bar~2000bar (Optional)
Output: 1.5mV/V, 2mV/V, 2.5 mV/V, 3.33mV/V
Combined Error: ±0.05%FS
Input Voltage: 10Vdc
Repeatability: ±0.2%
Thermocouple: PT124G-133 (pt100; E; J; K)
Configuration: Four-arm bonded foil wheatstone bridge strain gage
Bridge resistance: 350 ohms±10%
Over pressure: 2×FS
Internal shunt calibration(R-Cal): 80%±1%
Insulation resistance: 1000Megohms @50Vdc
Max diaphragm temperature: 750℉（400℃）
