Description
A Polycrystalline Diamond Compact is composed of a polycrystalline diamond layer and a tungsten carbide substrate. The polycrystalline diamond layer possesses extremely high hardness and abrasion resistance, whereas the tungsten carbide substrate would greatly improve the malleability and weldability of the whole composite. When applied to petroleum and geology drilling bits, as well as machine tooling, PDC will show excellent comprehensive properites and the will also produce good economic performance.

The PDC for oil-well drilling bits is suitable for soft to medium hard geological terrance. We can offer PDC with different claw structures, change types whether griding and polishing or not. We can also supply PDC with special shape such as rectangle shape, triangle shape by custormers' requirements.
