Cold Application:
To help reduce swelling after an injury, cool down a temperature, relieve minor burns, 
or ease headaches, toothaches & minor injuries.  

Hot Application:
For temporary pain relief of aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain or menstrual cramps.
 

Cold Usage: 

1. Freeze for at least two hours and leave out for ****0 minutes before application. 

2. Insert in the cover before use.

3. Apply the pack to desired area.

Hot Usage:

Microwave Method:

Warning: Be very careful. If you choose to use the microwave method, never leave in the 
microwave unattended. Overheating will cause the gel pack to rupture and leak causing burns.
 

1. Fold the pack to ensure that it rotates freely without touching the walls inside the microwave. 

2. Heat the pack at *0/*0 seconds and wait a minute to test the heat of the pack. Do not lift with 
bare hands. 

3. Try heating in increments of *0/*0 seconds. Once you have got the pack heated to comfortable 
level, put it into a lightweight towel or cover, and the pack is ready for use. 

Hot Water Method:

1. Boil approximately **5 litres of water.

2. Remove water from the stove.

3. Fully immerse the pack in water for approx. *0 minutes.

4. Remove the pack from water & insert into the cover before use.
