Description

Features:
1) Out and inner ring: silicon nitride
2) Ball: silicon nitride
3) Retainer: PTFE, nylon, PEEK or stainless steel

Full ceramic bearing is non-magnetic, non-conductive, wear and corrosion resistant.
It runs smoothly without oil or grease, which means nearly no maintenance is
required during working. It is especially suitable for low and high temperature
usage. At present, full ceramic bearing has been applied in chemical, metallurgical,
food, electronic and other industry. Full ceramic bearings made with Si3N4
have some better performance than ZrO2, for example,
can endure higher temperature.

Full ceramic bearing is not suitable for high speed operation.

We produce 6000 series and UC series full ceramic bearings. We also produce full
ceramic bearings without retainer.
