Description
CO2 agent has features of colorless, odorless, low toxicity, electrically nonconductive, and non-contamination to equipment, etc.Nanjing Fire-fighting Equipment Factory is the earliest manufacturer of CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system in China. In 1987, Tianjing Fire Protection Science and Research Institute of Ministry of Public Security and our factory jointly conducted the research test for CO2 local application system by using our products and our test field in order to get more complete and accurate design parameters of the system. In Nov. of 1989, the system passed the appraisal and approved by the Ministry of Public Security. Fire extinguishing test for 3150KVA oil transformer successfully carried out only once at the product quality appraisal meeting. The complete set of design parameters obtained after the test has been commonly committed to be initiation in our country. These parameters are more complete, more systematic, more accurate than those from advanced countries, such as England, America, etc., and have reached up to international advanced level. These data can also be used in total flooding extinguishing system, which provide a complete set of necessary design data for engineering design. This system has passed the test and inspection of the State Test and Inspection Center as an ideal substitute for Halon system.
