Camellia Oil(Tea seed oil)
Camellia oil (Latin name, Camellia oleifera seed oil) is also called camellia seed oil. It is refined from camellia tree seeds. The procedure of producing camellia oil is: de-shelling, drying, grinding, squeezing and filtrating, using purely physical methods. It is a natural organic cooking oil. It does not contain cholesterol, aflatoxins or other additives. It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated fatty acid, 80-83% oleic acid, 7-13% linoleic acid. It is rich in protein and Vitamin A, B, D, E etc. Especially it is rich in linolenic acid which can not be produced by the body. It has been proved that Oleic acid and Linoleic acid in camellia Oil are higher than that in olive oil.
