Its main functions are just as following:
1.Used in the fields of medicine and health, it can supply Vtimin C and increase body resistance. In addition to prevention of scurvy, it is often used as a supplement for treatment of acute or chronic infection diseases.

3. Prevent formation of nitrous amine from producing nitrous acid in meat products.

6. Used as additives of beer and alcoholic drinks, it can improve the taste of beer and alcoholic drinks.
