Description
MJB1 series NTC thermistor is one where the thermistor chip is welded with leads by alloy soldering process, then partially treated by glass sealing. The element has a bead form with good stability, small size and rapid response.
The suffix number of MJB (0, 1, 2, 3,xxxxx) represents the dimension of glass head. The characteristics for a series of products with different suffix are expressed same. So, no difference is made in the introduction to this type.
*Features:
1. Stability is better as chip is welded with leads by alloy soldering process.
2. Thermal resistance and mechanical strength are high as glass sealing technique is applicated.
3. The size is smaller and the time response is shorter.
4. Mass production for high accurate element has been realized in ensuring the quality.
5. Operation temperature range(Celsius ): -40 to +350
6. Thermal time constant: less than 5S (In still air)
