Within the sealing technology of the VI, the stainless steel connected with ceramic directly. The utilization over a large extent had confirmed their satisfactory sealing capacity, high strength and high resistance to corrosion. outlet sealing of the entire tube and gas-discharging process and significantly increased production efficiency accordingly. With less working procedures and less influence of human factors, the product is characterized by high conformity and high reliability.

Major process equipment:
1. Vacuum oven with one-off sealing : Controlled by computer and PLC for sealed connection of the vacuum interrupters.
2. Automatic hydrogen oven : with computerized and PLC control, the equipment can be utilized for metallization of ceramic. It is the horizontal metallization hydrogen oven with the most advanced technology indexes and largest workable ceramic sizes in China at present. |
