Description
PROCEDURE AND TERMS 程序及条件
1. The Seller must provide all information within the contract that has been left blank.
卖方应提供本合同所需资料及银行详细资料。
2. Must sign the contract and send to the Seller for signature. The Seller will sign Soft/Originals of the contract and will send back to the Buyer via email.
买方签署本合同并传送给卖方签署。卖方签署本合同正本并以电子邮件传给买方。
3. When the contract sign and The Seller will issue trade record provide goods attest SGS, PAST B/L,POP) Then buyer will provide the form of RDLC and BCL to the seller,
合约签订后，买方在收到卖方提供的贸易记录和供货证明将提供银行跟单信用证格
式及内容和银行资金证明给卖方。
4． After confirmation by the seller. The seller shall issued 3,000MT 2% of the value of the Non-operative performance bond letter to buyer bank within 5 banking days.
卖方确认后,卖方应于5个银行工作日内发出3000MT价值2%不可操作的履约保证函
给买方银行。
5. The buyer bank should issued irrevocable documentary credit to seller bank within 5(five) banking days
买方银行在收到卖方银行履约保函后应于五个银行工作日内发出银行信用证
6． The buyer’s bank letters of credit issued at same time activating the performance bond of seller bank letter
买方银行信用证发出同时激活卖方银行履约保证函。
7． Shipment Commences as per contract.
根据本合同交货开始出货。
8. After goods unloading at discharging port , the result is up to the standard of contract, and CIQ has issued the quality and quantity certificate.
货物运抵到货港(船靠码头后),中国港口码头卸货并由CIQ检验并出具质量和重量证书。
9. Upon goods unloading at the discharging port, the Buyer will make payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to Seller’s account within Seven (7) working days of received CIQ certificate.
货物抵达目的港，买方须在CIQ检测合格7天之内通过T/T电汇支付给卖方。
10. Title for the goods will pass from Seller to the Buyer upon clearance of funds or T/T
payment into the Seller's account by means of agreed negotiable documents.
货物所有权将在付清款项，并藉由清洁已装船签字注明可议付的海运提单后转移到买方。
