Description
Usage:
The FJL-610/860BZDA(B) series of forming machines are suitable for processing those reeling sheets including PVC, PS, PSP, PP, PET, PP etc. Under various specifications, it can be used for the forming of disposable fast-food containers, instant noodle bowls, western dinner plates, food coverings (such as sugar boxes, cake boxes and ice cream cups etc. ), articles of daily use, hardware coverings, childrens toys, stereoscopic relief frames, plastic ceilings, wall coverings and other sanitary equipments.

Character Of Construction:
1. Well designed, this machine has a rather small size, which makes it easy to operate. In a sense, it is the ideal forming machine to process little amount of plastic materials.
2. Equipped with a remote infrared heater, the temperature can be adjusted slightly so as to get an even temperature.
3. The FJL-610/860BZD-AB double-working-station series, which means it can operate in a round-trip way, can reduce cost and achieve time saving.
4. Equipped with a high effective cold-water sprayer, this machine can ensure the quality of the forming and accelerate the forming speed.
5. The electronic components of the controlling part, which are manufactured abroad, can semi-automatically control the electric current and makes it easy to operate.
