Description
Drive decelerate box adopts oiliness oubricate.
Lift-lower of upper corrugated roller,pressure roller and gelatinizing roller are completed by pneumatic control.
Cardboard transmitting method adopts cacuum equipmentment,keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
Corrugated,pressure roller axletree adopts high temperature resistant lube.
Gelatinizing parts auto supply glue circularly.
The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of high quality chrome molybdenum alloy steel and heat-treatment.The rigidity is HRC55-62,the surface are whetted.
The gelatinizing part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
Flute profiles:A、B、C、E etc.available discretionarily.
