Description

Blocks including shrinkage calculations have always given birth to scraps when the blocks of four sides are cut. The amount of scraps produced depends on the block mold chamber size and the thickness of the sheet. Electric hot-wire is used to cut the block and the cut thickness is approximately 0.4-0.8mm, which is double-wide of the hot wire. And cut thickness decreases as the density of block increases.
Performance of the cutting M/C depends on stable heat supply and speed.
Interrupted heat supply and speed gives births to inferior products like a rough surfaced.

Features

1. In case of horizontal cutting M/C, since it is supplied with stable electricity by TPR(DC power) the blocks cut part is smooth .
2. Horizontal cutting M/C can in advance set the cut size according to the kinds of the product; therefore, it is advantageous for repeated cuts.
3. The four sides cutting M/C designed for using for both 38 and 312 is convenient for the users.
4. The built-in fans prevent hot-wire from being cut out of excessive heat.
5. In case the hot-wire cut during the process, it automatically stops to prevent fire or inferior goods ratio.
6. The control panel is designed user-friendly
