PX-HY-180B FAST-EASY PACKING PROTECTIVE-LEAKAGE WINGED LADY SANITARY NAPKIN PRODUCTION LINE
I Main Parameter:
1. Designed production speed: 550 pcs/min
2. stable production speed: 400-500 pcs/min (without package)
Fast-easy package: 350-450PCS/min
Protective-leakage: 250-350PCS/min
3. power: 380V 50HZ
4. machine power: 80kw (excluding the power of H.M. applicators)
5. waste rate: ≤ 2% (excluding that caused by hot melt applicators and re-feeding materials)
6. overall size of equipment: (excluding crusher and stacker): 20m X2.2mX2.3m ( L x W x H) (set temporarily)
7. The specification of products is offered by buyer and confirmed by both buyer and seller.
II. Basic equipments on the machine:
1. Crusher: the hammer crusher can adopt treated, semi-treated and untreated fluff pulp. The feed-in volume of fluff pulp can be controlled by step-less button.
2. Cotton core is molded by net wheel and packed and folded by toilet paper.
3. The SAP powder is mixed with fluff pulp in the center part. SAP powder also is added continuously in the center part of cotton core. The scope is about 65mm. The feed-in volume of SAP powder can be controlled by step-less button.
4. Short-cut SAP paper is packed among the center of cotton core.
5. The cotton core is pressed firmly.
6. Inner-cut equipment: knife material is Cr12MoV, the knife shape is decided by the customer.
7. Machine is with protective-leakage unit, embossment is in arc type. Three pieces of elastic bands are added on left and right sides.
8. The machine is with cut-off and hitting dot unit, the dot shape is ordered by buyer.
9. the machine is with guide-flow pressing unit. The guide-flow pattern should be ordered by buyer.
10. the machine is with round-sealing unit (pressed by air cylinder). The embossment of round-sealing is ordered by buyer.
11. There is center-stick release paper adding unit, the length of release paper is offered by buyer.
12. Outer-cut equipment: knife material is Cr12MoV, the knife shape is decided by the customer.
13. There is a revolving unit in 180 degree.
14. There is a unit to add release paper in the left-right wings. The length of release paper is decided by the customer.
15. Rotate 90 degree by chain.
16. Equidistance unit is added on the synchronous belt on the machine.
17. There is adding unit on the machine.
18. Machine is with reseal tape unit. The length of reseal tape is offered by buyer.
19. Machine is with small package pressing and cutting unit (by air cylinder). The length of small package is offered by buyer.
20. The products can be out put vertically.
III. Other equipments:
1. There are light for glue spraying.
IV. Electrical appliance and others:
1. The bearings on main working procedure parts are used with domestic famous brands.
2. The flat belt is with import brand.
3. The synchronous belt are Jiebao brand from Ningbo in China.
V. Assistant equipments:
1. There are three sets of “HS1818” hot melt applicators from Taiwan.
2. Air compressor
VI. Spare parts:
1. One set of inner-cut knife (with knife shape)
2. One set of outer-cut knife (with knife shape)
3. One set of flat-cut knife

1. The guarantee is one year. The seller will supply service during the life time.
