This machine tool is the facility NC planning type surface grinding machine of single coordinates, and is suitable in machining trade and mould trade, and when grinding the various big area workpiece, it can directly fixing on the work table or the electromagnetism-sucking disc, it’s convenience and practical, the maintain is simply.

This machine tool adopts the planning type , column, crossbeam and bed are formed a rigidity framed structure, the bed adopts vees slideway, the working table slideway overturns the polytetrafluoroethylene soft belt.

This machine tool grinds head principal axis adopts the high-accuracy centripetal force ball bearing. The working table lengthways and transverse moving, and the emery wheel corrector all adopts the vane pump hydraulic pressure drive, the stepless velocity modulation, and work is smooth and steady, the noise is small, and install the special oil-temperature control device.

The perpendicular feed is by servoing motor control. The transverse feed have two kinds of functions that the hydraulic pressure and hand moves, and the hydraulic pressure drive being had two kinds of feed methods of continuously and interruptions.
