Description
Ceramic heater mainly replace currently popular PTC heater and characterize as followings:

1.Product Structon: it heats inside, and its thickness is 1.2mm
2 It can hoist temperature rapidly, especially, when it is used, it can renew the
temperature in 7 seconds after hair is straightned. But the PTC heater need 2-3minutes
to renew temperature.
3.Because the inside resistance can be adjusted, the temperature can be adjusted,
but PTC can't do it; the ceramic heater is safe and ideal for applying to top-grade
hair straighteners, liquid crystal hair straighteners and digital straighteners.
xxxxx temperature can be hoisted to 200 <sup>o</sup>C in seconds and 500 <sup>o</sup>C
in 30 seconds, the max and steady temperature can be up to 600 <sup>o</sup>C-800<sup>o</sup>C

6.Voltage: 55V, 110V, 220V it can bear high voltage of 5000V
7. Ceramic heater pass 30 minutes 'On' , 30 minutes 'off' for 1000 cycles life test.
