Brief Description
With electric hoist and grab as its lifting mechanism, the grab bridge crane can be used to grab and move bulk material like core, wheat, ore and so on in power plant, rubbish station and so on place to improve work efficiency with low investment.
Main Technical Specification
- Lifting capacity is 3t and 5t.
- The span (from railcenter to railcenter) ranged from 7.5m to *2.5m.
- Lifting speed is *6m/min, or as customer’s requirement.
- Max. lifting height is *8m.
- Density of material to be grab is less than 1t/m3.
- Trolley traversing speed is *0m/min or *0m/min.
- Crane traveling speed is *0m/min, *0m/min, *5m/min for ground control, and *5m/min, *0m/min, *5m/min for cabin control.
- Grab capacity can be 0.*5m3 or 1.5m3.
- Control method can be pendant control / ground control or cabin control.
- The working duty is A5.
- The working ambient is **5℃-**0℃.
Material for Crane Construct
- Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn or *2 CrMo.
Component Used on Crane
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Nanjing Special Motor.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor is of Schneider.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.
Package
- Main girder and end carriage are nude and covered by rain-proof clothes.
- Grab and accessories are nude.
- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.
Delivery
- Delivery time for the whole crane is *0 working days after payment advance.
Shipment
- Dispatch port can be Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or so on China port.
- Open top container will be recommended for the crane and grab with main girder is less than *2m.
- General *0’ GP can also be used for crane with length of main girder is more than *2m.
- We can recommend our forward to our customer, and the forward appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
