Our warranty and returen policy consists of the following points:

1) The warranty is 1 Year (One Year) from the date of payment. Every item is tested carefully before shipping. If you receive a defective item, you can mail us, our technicians will provide technical support.

2) We are not responsible for damage due to the following reasons: Improper installation, Accident, Misuse, Abuse, Improper wiring, and Incorrect voltage operating of the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual. If you still have those problems you can send e-mail to us, we’ll give you support.

The warranty is invalid if the warranty seal and serial numbers on the unit is removed or damaged

The exchange or refund is acceptable within 7 days after signing of the package, the item must be returned in original condition. We could only accept returning item via Post Office, couldn't accept returning by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT etc. The return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility.
