1) Why INR-MNCB has more long life than the normal Chrome Steel Bearings?

Traditional Chrome Steel Bearings we choose the material of GCr15( SAE52100). During workof the bearings, the friction between balls and raceway is very high and cause a lot of the heat. The heat damage the balls and fracture the cage. While INR-MNCB the ceramic layer gives the bearings low friction and few heat during bearings’ working. Even there is a shortage of the lubrications. Therefore the balls and cages do not break and still working and running. In this way, you can have very reliable work of your machinery and low maintenance cost.

2) Why INR-MNCB has 20times rust preventions than Chrome steel, and can I use it instead of Stainless Steel?

As far as we know, Chrome steel bearings will get rust immediately if you touch the bearings by hand or put into the water. The rust will spread and finally the bearings will stop running. While INR-MNCB the ceramic layer gives the bearings more than 20times rust preventions than Chrome steel and can be well exposed to the low acid and damp environment.

INR-MNCB can not be same function like stainless steel just like every material has its own characteristics. There is two popular corrosion that we will meet. One is: natural environment corrosion like Atmosphere corrosion , sea water corrosion. Another is Chemical corrosion. INR-MNCB has the good functions of Atmosphere corrosion .For sea water corrosions and chemical corrosions , please call our technical department for best solutions by choosing the right Nano ceramic material.

3) What is the temperature range of INR-MNCB works?

With different design and material, INR-MNCB works till 350 centigrade. And low temperature reach -50 centigrade.

4) Why INR-MNCB bearings can undertake the shock load and will your ceramic layer break and off?

Our INR-MNCB is of high tech. and our nano- ceramic layer do not break and off during the bearings’ high speed working and under the shock load.

5) Why I can choose INR-MNCB bearings?

INR-MNCB is not produced from MASS productions like currently bearings productions. All is produced with care for your specified applications.
